Week 4

Week 4: All of the plants are growing well, and seem to have received a lot of rainfall in the past week.  The soil was very moist.  Today I fertilized the plants with manure.  I dug a trench on both sides of the plants, filled them with the manure, and covered the trenches with dirt.  I also pulled weeds.
This is an overview of my plot.  The beans in particular are growing very well.
This is a close-up of some of the beans after digging a trench on either side to put in the manure.
This is a side view before putting the manure in the soil by the plants.

Week 3

Week 3:  I pulled some weeds from the plot.  The beans have grown quite well.  I also put fertilizer and pesticides on the plants, as well as water them.
The first row of beans grew excellently

This is the second row, which grew well.

The lettuce and cilantro are doing well.

There were a few weeds, which I pulled.

The leaves on a few plants were slightly brown.

Week 2

Week 2:  The plants I have planted are growing well, and there are no obvious signs of distress.
Stakes were put up to support the plants as the grow larger.

Three types of beans were planted: Bush beans, Italian Snap Beans, and Black Lake Bush Beans
The tomato plants grew considerably!

NO SIGN OF PESTS
